Sewer line repairs. McCune chiseled off old leaky brickwork on top of a sewer hole. The brickwork on many sewer holes built in the mid-1980s was leaking badly whenever there was a heavy rain. Tractor was used to pull the generator which powers the rented chisel.

Electronics cleanup. Fall 2007 gigantic cleanup of surplus electronics that had been accumulating in upstairs Llano for many years. Ben and visitor are working in this photo. Ben and Jess, computer services managers, performed this cleanup. All items recyclable were hauled away to a company that accepted them for recycling.

Serviceberries. Wild native fruit tree, tasty berries, this tree a volunteer next to recycle barn. Also known as shadbush or sarvisberries.
